When I saw the youtube on how to use I discover that there is anothet black cover at the top and you can apply the cotton on it.But unfortunately it was not there.It's my first time to use and buy this thing but a little bit disappointed.Anyway,I'l come back for the result. I want you to replace new one.Not defective.So that the price will be worth it.And I didn't feel even the heat.Sorry to comment like this but I just need trusted items because the price is not a joke as well.

There are several different settings and even an electro current option. The cool setting is fantastic for under eye bags and there are settings for cleaning and moisturizing. Works well and very handy
