This is my second one I got and it works pretty well. I would say that it completely remove the scars but it does fade them quite a bit. We used it on already established scars so maybe it works even better if you use it on wound while they are healing to minimize scaring even more. It's not sticky or greasy so my daughter doesn't mind using it.

It's made in China, which is the downside. I'm hesitant to buy it again, BUT I got good results with it, so I will likely be adding it to my cart as soon as I'm done with this review. I initially bought it because I finally decided to do something about a 20 year old dermatitis scar I had on my face. Honestly, I should have taken care of it a long time ago, but it never really bothered me. Until now. It just suddenly bugged the heck out of me and I had to do something! Yes, I realize how ridiculous that sounds. So I looked at what's available and gave this cream a shot, figuring it was all a gamble. If this one didn't work, I'd try one of the others. I applied it nightly after my shower, and for good measure, I used it on a scar on my leg I had just acquired at the time, just to see which one would maybe vanish first. It took about 7 months--the entire container--to fade the facial scar to a point where it's almost unnoticeable now. Ironically, it did absolutely nothing for the new scar. XD I don't know if it's the difference in skin thickness that was the issue or the age of the scar (which shouldn't have mattered, I thought). Since another scar has cropped up recently, I'll be treating that one, too. It hopefully won't take the whole container, but if it does, oh well! It's possible that if I had applied it multiple times a day, it might have faded the scar sooner, but I was concerned that layering it like that throughout the day would affect it's absorption and effectiveness, and night time has always seemed like the best time for passive skin repairs. YMMV, I guess. It spreads well and isn't greasy. I don't remember there being any kind of smell--it was pretty neutral. It's a little on the thin side, but not so thin that it'll run all over like an oil. Think lightweight lotion. It absorbs well. I just wish it wasn't made in China.

I’m using the product to reduce dark spots on face and scars from eczema. I have sensitive skin but this product hasn’t caused me any reactions or discomfort. It’s not oily and easy to use. Seeing results already on newer scars.

I have a pretty big surgical scar that is less than a year old. I used this almost immediately after my stitches healed and had been using it regularly with literally no results. It feels like lotion so now I use it as that. I had better luck using mederma scar gel.

Works like magic

I've been using this for a couple of weeks on precancerous mole removals. Started using after about a week per dermatologist; she approved this one with silicone. I had one removed on my nose two weeks ago and it is already looking so good as well as one on side of forehead. I will continue to use; so far very happy with this product. It was a very fair price and I read lots of reviews before choosing this one. I would not review this item with 5 stars unless I truly believed it.
