KOPABANA Haitian Mushroom | DJON-DJON for Rice Cooking | 2oz

I used it to cook Rice and peas in the Haitian tradition. I cooked 2 cups of rice with one half of the bag.

These wonderful mushrooms came to me promptly and I can't wait to cook my favorite Hatian rice with them. The Hatian restaurant here closed down and took my access to their wonderful food with them but I could not bare the thought of never tasting it again. ...so I will cook it! It came wrapped and secure in it's package. Perfect🫶🏾

I feel that that there is a very sanitary problem with regard to sell. When I open the bag, there was a foul-smelling odor from this product, I demand a full refund for this please.

We don't really have any experience with this, so we have nothing to compare it to. The quality of it seems to be good and we didn't have any difficulties finding recipes to use it in. Even the listing itself gives you a recipe to use and rehydrating instructions for use in other recipes. We had no complaints.

Use these to make my djon djon rice, YUM! Family loves it, and these are so good for you. Bless!! (In the picture there is also potato and jackfruit griot on my plate)

I bought it on Amazon over the Holidays. It came quickly. The quality was superb. Very clean and smell right! Color was great! I will definitely buy it again! Thank you for selling it on Amazon.
