Bad quality & customer experience
Worked good for 2 months then it started making way more quantity than opted for. I filed a complaint at Baby brezza India website but the team is so rude & not helpful. They asked me to send the machine back to check and when I sent, they said your powder bowl is broken “which was not m sure when I had it) they wanted me to buy new bowl and put the blame on broken bowl for making wrong quantity. Whereas earlier they said their is a technical issue thats why its mskung wrong quantity. They kept changing their statement and kept my machine in their warehouse for a month. Very bad expedience.
