Very sturdy at a great price. Coating is similar to scratch resistant bedliner. Take about a 1/2" on either side of the measurement due to the diameter of the bar extending slightly into the cargo area. Kept everything in place while traveling some rocky trails, no rattle, no flexing.

This rack is really nice and easily the same quality as as much more expensive options.

I just finished installing this; so take this review with a grain of salt since I haven’t travelled with it yet. The set up was super easy and quick to get done. I got this on in about 40 minutes. I love that it’s adjustable to match tire size and that it has lots of tie down options. I am eager to get this thing out there to test it out.Now here’s a couple of nit picky things that could be adjusted in my opinion to make it better. First, it fits small totes perfectly but the new 30+ gal tote boxes it doesn’t quite fit. You’ll see the picture I have of the tote I got at Walmart with the blue top. Second, in the installation they assume you’re disconnecting the spare tire holder taillight and they didn’t account for the cord still being attached/ in use (see picture I posted). Thankfully it had plenty of slack that it wasn’t a big deal but maybe having a small slot milled into it to make space for it or something would have been nice but that’s just me nit picking.Overall it looks great and I am excited for my family’s next outing!

Very well built and nice powder coating. Definitely worth the money.
