This is excellent cool lock that i've been looking for couple of months. After upgrading to Tesla car, i no longer carry my key fob with me. So i was looking for a some tech locking system to eliminate the key carrying business. This lock was perfect to my need. I always wanted the keypad function so that i can keep changing the pattern when ever needed. This lock was just perfect for my requirement and was very easy to install and configure. Just got it fixed in 10 min and configuration was also super easy. Got everything completed with in 15min and ready to go. The best part is this lock also can be used with regular keys so its easy for my parents to get access to the home.

I purchased 3 of these sets in Matte Black. They look sharp and feel solid, I was impressed with their quality. I ran into an issue installing the first set, specifically the door knob. One of the screws was jacked up and wouldn't secure properly. I contacted the manufacturer to see if I could get a replacement screw. They couldn't send me new screws but promptly offered to ship me a replacement set! I didn't want to waste a perfectly good set over a screw, so I used an old screw from the door knob I was replacing instead. The screw wasn't black but it is recessed in the knob enough that I can't even tell (and I look for it too 🤣). Overall, I'm happy with the product and the customer service. I would buy it again.

I love this combination lock! It was very easy to program. And it's very easy to use. It has some nice features, like the ability to set a one-time code. And you can have it lock automatically after a certain number of seconds (I think 20), but I prefer to manually lock it.I just love being able to enter and leave my house without having to fumble for a key. I use a six digit combination to enter, and press any key for 2 seconds to lock it. So easy! I also love the peace of mind knowing that I can give the combination to others who might need to enter in an emergency. And I can also temporarily change the combination for pet sitters or whatever. So I never have to bother making copies of keys and handing out keys for those that need entry. However it does come with a key which you can use to enter without the combination.I had someone install the lock for me and he said it was fairly easy to do.The lock comes with a fingerprint feature, which did not work for me. I reached out to the company and they sent me a new lock. I was very impressed with the customer service. I have not yet had a chance to install the new lock, so I'll update this review when I do.There's one small thing that I think would improve this lock. The knob that you manually turn to lock it on the inside is all black. And the whole unit is all black. So when I glance over at it from a distance, I can't tell if it's locked or not. And I often don't remember if I've locked it, and want to be able to just glance at it and know that it's locked. So I put a piece of white tape on the knob so that when I glance over I can see if the white tape is in the horizontal locked position. So it would be nice if they had some kind of color accent on the knob so that you can tell from a distance. Because the tape comes off after continued use and I have to redo it.But other than that, I love this lock and would definitely recommend it!

This is a very good deal. I needed a lock that can be opened with a combination. Now it is really easy to open the door, you don't have to bring the keys with you all the time. The package includes the lock which can be opened with a combination, and the door handles. The package is very neatly packed, all the components are sturdy and well done. I like this lock.

Won't except my code, doesn't get you time to input your code, so I just have to use key to lock and unlock it.

The brushed silver is exactly what I was looking for. I was disappointed that the inside handle and lock were black. I didn't catch that feature in the picture, until arrived. The lock is very easy to use and works quick.

Hardware installation took about 5 minutes, no need to read instructions as everything was self explanatory.Instructions to program door was easy as well. Keypad has multiple modes such as a vacation mode and fake code mode for additional safety and one time use code for guests and friends; super useful.

Didn’t even use, opened the box and I just didn’t feel comfortable with my house being protected with a plastic made lock.
