The Ultimate Silent Powerhouse for AMD Enthusiasts
The ASRock AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT Phantom Gaming 20GB OC Graphics Card is a powerhouse designed for gamers seeking high performance and quiet operation. With its advanced features and compatibility with high-end AMD processors, this GPU stands out in the competitive landscape of graphics cards.--------------------------------------------*** Performance and Compatibility ***--------------------------------------------One of the most compelling aspects of the RX 7900 XT is its AMD-on-AMD synergy, particularly when paired with high-end AMD processors (I'm using an AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO, could not get Nvidia RTX A4000/A5000 to work with multiple DP monitors connected - caused mouse lag and hesitation). This combination leverages Smart Access Memory (SAM), which optimizes data transfer between the CPU and GPU, resulting in enhanced performance in gaming and compute tasks. You will notice improvements in frame rates and responsiveness when using an all-AMD setup, making this card an ideal choice for those already invested in AMD technology. The RX 7900 XT features 84 RDNA 3 Compute Units and 5,376 stream processors, allowing it to handle demanding games at resolutions up to 7680 x 4320 (8K) with ease. Its factory-overclocked settings boost the GPU clock speeds up to 2,450 MHz, ensuring that it delivers exceptional performance across various gaming scenarios. In benchmarks, it consistently achieves 60 FPS or higher at both 1440p and 4K resolutions, making it a future-proof option for gamers looking to play the latest titles.--------------------------------------------*** Silent Cooling and Build Quality ***--------------------------------------------The 0dB Silent Cooling feature is another highlight of the ASRock RX 7900 XT Phantom Gaming card. Thanks to its Phantom Gaming 3X Cooling System, which includes three striped ring fans, this graphics card operates quietly even under heavy loads. The design not only enhances cooling efficiency but also ensures that gamers can enjoy immersive experiences without intrusive noise. This is particularly beneficial for users who prioritize a quiet gaming environment or those who use their systems for content creation alongside gaming.--------------------------------------------*** Technical Specifications ***--------------------------------------------| Feature | Specification||--------------------------|| Release Date| Nov 3rd, 2022 || Base Clock | 1567 MHz || Game Clock | 2075 MHz || Boost Clock | 2450 MHz || Memory | 20GB GDDR6 || Memory Bus | 320-bit || Memory Speed | 20 Gbps || Bus Interface | PCIe 4.0 x16 || Total Board Power (TBP) | ~315W || Recommended PSU | Minimum 750W; ideally 850W or higher || Power Connector | 2 x 8-pin || Display Outputs | 3 x DisplayPort™ 2.1, 1 x HDMI™ 2.1 || DirectX Support | DirectX 12 Ultimate || LxWxH | 13x5.5x2.3 inches |--------------------------------------------*** Conclusion ***--------------------------------------------In summary, the ASRock AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT Phantom Gaming OC Graphics Card excels in delivering high-performance gaming experiences while maintaining a quiet operation. Its compatibility with high-end AMD processors enhances its appeal for gamers looking for an optimized system. With robust specifications and advanced cooling technology, this graphics card is a solid investment for anyone serious about gaming at high resolutions. Whether you are playing the latest AAA titles or engaging in resource-intensive tasks, the RX 7900 XT is sure to meet and exceed expectations.

Powerful card, slightly noisy.
The media could not be loaded. I upgraded from an EVGA 10G 3080 FTW3. I had to boot my windows into safe mode and completely uninstall the NVIDIA graphics drivers, then shut down the PC, put the 7900XTX in and install the AMD Adrenaline drivers. It was relatively easy to install, just annoying.Despite the small hassle, this is an amazing upgrade, the Ray tracing is of weaker/similar performance as the 3080, but the rasterization performance is just so much better. The power consumption is pretty high so the power bill may rise. This card has a whooping 24GB of GDDR6 VRAM which is more than enough, some games will use most of it which is an amazing sight in itself. This card specifically does create a quiet buzzing/coil whine when reaching higher framerates, which isn't really noticable with a headset on.It also creates a vibration, particularly when loading shaders or something heavier, I noticed it on Stalker Heart of Chernobyl. This card is amazing for 2K performance and is very much a 4K card. The AMD FSR3 and Frame generation are great, not quite better than DLSS, still nonetheless great. This is one of the cheapest variants of the 7900XTX cards but it very much packs a punch with 3x8 PCIe slots. The overclocking compatibility is amazing and the card stays really cool with good airflow. The RGB uses its own software called PolyChrome or Razer to change the colors and patterns, it's alright, just annoying to have, once you change it to what you want, you never have to mess with it again.I've looked into a lot of different variants and this one looks like the best run for your money in just about every way, from cooling to performance and overclocking.Though if Ray tracing and DLSS means a lot to you, go for the 4080S, otherwise, this card is a beast and I'm glad I made the switch.

Great performance Good price
When Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 can out, I went to run on my system, and the video card I had was not compatible. Did not support DX12 Ultimate. So, I purchased the ASRock Phantom Gaming RX7700 XT 12 Gig. The card runs the game great, and the graphics are sharp and smooth. The card is large, I went from GIGABYTE RX 580 GAMING 8 GB that is 232mm in length to this card that is 328MM in length and my old Corsair Vengeance C70 case is not as large as the newer cases. I had to remove one of the fans that are in front of the motherboard just behind the 3.5 HDD tray. The card is easy to install and requires 2 x 8 pin, I like that the card has a nice backplate and the RGB is OK. The only complaint I have is that the RGB cannot be controller by Corsair ICUE. no plugin (yet). Other companies like ASUS, MSI have plugins for iCUE,Have not had any stability issues, noise and temps are fine.Runs Hogwarts Legacy, MSFS 2024, Diablo 4, and other games great. No complaint on performance. Price was around 450 good mid-tier card
