Comfort?
My husband thinks it's good ,I think it's the most uncomfortable I've ever come across,not worth the money.

one size fits all?
Perhaps this contraption would be useful for stretching, as one could adjust where to place it. However when placed on a seat, the hight of the support cannot be altered, so somebody who is 6 feet tall would be supported at a point a lot lower than somebody who is 5 feet tall. It hits me in the middle of my back and it is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever experienced.
