I love these, but you need to eat 3 and it has 7 grams of sugar! Ridiculous! Cavities and diabetes could be the outcome if you also combine these with their other sweet gummies. Thus, I only take every other day. They are truly amazing though. Just take before brushing your teeth and don't eat other sweet things. My 12 hour fasting sugar was 124 this morning and I haven't had a desert in months aside from these vitamin desserts. Lol Diabetes has been a generational curse. I bound it in the name of Jesus. They really could offer a version that's organic, vegan gummies with only 3mg of reduced sugar. It would still taste good.
