Great for increasing ROM

It's perfect.
I really love this product. It's made of some type of foam material that will not give out on you, but will keep it's shape and form. I like that is fully adjustable. It come with two 9 degree angle pieces (together will give you an 18 degree angle) and one 27 degree angle piece. With all three pieces you can have about a 36 degree angle to work with. If you put the 9 degree angle pieces together and rotate them place it back onto the 27 degree piece, you will have a block to step on and off with. The measurement for the block is about 4 3/4 inches. There are non skid pads on all corners of each block to prevent either block from sliding out on you if you are working out on a hard surface floor. I highly recommend this product. The only thing that I would like to see added would maybe be a storage bag to keep it all in. It works perfectly as it is though.

Package comes w/ 3 pcs, manual and QR code to scan for workouts on the box. Took a photo just to show the length of product verses my arm length. Haven’t used it for a full workout BUT I did light squats just to test it out. Material is like a hard styrofoam.

Easy to use and move
These are lightweight yet hold me fine (approx 250 lbs). Also easy to travel with.They put the right tension on your calves to stretch them.

Deformed. Cheap
Product that says that it won’t deform arrived deformed. This is built from the same material packaging is made from, if you contact the manufacturer to claim warranty as they ask you to do you won’t even get an answer. Better products for a bit more out there.Did liked the size but not worth. Next best product will outlive this one, better traction, and more options of use. Save your money
