I would've given this product a 5 stars anyway. But recently I had to work with their customer service department and it made me wish I could give it 10 stars. The product is great. Exactly as advertised. Suction cup holds strong, great variety of blades so it works for multiple dishes and products, and it's super easy to use. My kids love to help shred cheese or carrots, or slice potatoes for dinner. Just an overall great appliance that we use multiple times a week. The plastic around the blade that we use the most (purchased the product almost a year ago) recently cracked. I messaged the company asking if I could purchase a new set of the blades. But instead of letting me buy a blade set, they just sent me an entirely new unit for free. Couldn't be happier with this product or Susteas as a company.

I had a smaller rotary grater, everything, cheese in particular got stuck in the chute. Not with this one! I can grate a 2 pound block of cheese in a few minutes. Suctions well to my granite countertop, easy to assemble, much easier to clean with the pop out blades vs the full cylinder blade in the smaller version. I’ve used the slicing blade to cut meatballs for pizza topping - works best on a partially frozen meatball. I’ve had no clogging issues. Much faster than my cuisinart and much easier to clean. I do not put it in the dishwasher as imagine the heat would be not be kind to the plastic. I don’t like pre-shredded cheese this rotary grater pays for itself - block cheese is less expensive per ounce than shredded, tastes better and doesn’t have the anti-caking agent on it that keeps cheese from melting properly. All in all a great grater!

This is a really good product. I’m a canner and during vegetable season, this grater is a time saver. It’s great for grating cheese, but also vegetable like squash and zucchini for sautéed vegetables! The blades are sharp and durable. The stand and structure is very easy to clean! Highly recommend!

I’ve been really happy with this rotary cheese grater. It’s easy to use, the suction base holds well, and the five blades make quick work of cheese and veggies. TikTok recipes are no match for these blades. The blade storage box is also a nice touch for keeping everything organized in the kitchen. One of the biggest benefits has been being able to shred my own cheese blends instead of buying the pre-shredded bags at the store. It saves money, tastes fresher, and melts better than the packaged shredded cheese. I did run into a small issue with one of the components, but customer service handled it quickly and professionally. They responded promptly and resolved the problem without any hassle. Works really well. Need to use it more but I really like this product. Just smoked a bunch of cheese on the smoker so Ill have to take this thing out and use it more. Different grating sizes,ease of use and cool design. The suction cup feature really stabilizes unit to counter tops keeping it from tipping over!!!

Love this cheese grater! Very easy to use and clean. So far only used it to shred cheese. If you find suction doesn’t work well, try it on another area of the counter. I like how the other blades have their own holder for storage.

I recieved this cheese grater in the mail Saturday, January 31st, 2026. I started using it daily and absolutely loved it! The barrel is very big so I don't end up with cheese that gets stuck. The suction on it is amazing! It isn't coming up while in use like other graters I've had in the past. The blade panels that pop in and out of the barrel not only are great for easy cleaning, but it also makes it great for switching between blades. The blade holder is awesome too! I love that it doesn't come with multiple barrels and just the panels, it makes storage easier and more compact. Although I loved this product, by Thursday, February 5th, 2026, it was broken. The handle used to make suction broke off of the base. The product itself is plastic, which I knew when I ordered it. But I was under the impression the handle on the side was metal, my own mistake for not paying closer attention. The day it broke, I reached out to the company through their website since Amazon didn't offer returns, or at least in my case, I didn't have the option. It may be due to the fact that I no longer had the original box. I threw it away because I had no intentions on returning it and didn't forsee something like this happening. The company was in contact with me the next day. They asked for my order number, the platform I purchased from, and the issue I was having. They were very responsive and very professional. I recieved my replacement today, February 10th, 2026. I would say I am over all very satisfied!

Good value and easy to use. Suction is not brilliant so keep having to reattach, easily done however. The item is lightweight and clean looking so I have it on the counter top for ease access. Great attachments that work well, speeding up food preparation and are interchangeable and easy to wash.

Rape très bien les carrottes, a voir si il dure dans le temps, ça force quand on remplit la cuve, et la manivelle semble assez fragile. 5etoile le 3mars 2026, mais susceptible de changer selon la durabilité. Sinon comme je m'y attendais le plastique prend la couleur de la carrotte des le premier usage et c est indélébile... Pas d étoile en moins pour ça car je le savais par expérience avec d autres modèles.

Der starke Vakuumsaugfuß hält auf der Arbeitsfläche bombenfest und verhindert jegliches Verrutschen während des Reibevorgangs. Wir haben bisher erfolgreich Gouda (im Block) und verschiedene Gemüsesorten gerieben. 2. Kurbelmechanismus und Kraftaufwand Die Bedienung mittels Kurbel ist sehr leichtgängig. Der Kraftaufwand beim Reiben ist deutlich geringer als bei einer herkömmlichen Handreibe. Der mechanische Vorteil der Kurbel macht die Zubereitung großer Mengen schnell und ermüdungsfrei. 3. Vielseitigkeit und Reibergebnis Mit den 5 mitgelieferten Trommelblättern ist das Gerät sehr vielseitig. Die Auswahl der Klingen ist gut und bietet für alle gängigen Anforderungen eine Lösung. Das Reibergebnis ist hervorragend – gleichmäßig und sauber. 4. Reinigung und Handhabung Die Reinigung ist überraschend einfach. Das Gerät lässt sich echt schnell und unkompliziert zerlegen. Wir haben die Teile bisher immer mit der Hand abgewaschen, was schnell und problemlos funktioniert. Das beiliegende Fach zur Aufbewahrung der Trommelblätter ist zudem sehr praktisch. 5. Fazit und Qualitätseindruck Das Gerät ist fast täglich im Einsatz und der Qualitätseindruck ist nach knapp 10 Tagen richtig gut. Die Kunststoffteile wirken stabil und der Mechanismus funktioniert einwandfrei. Die SUSTEAS Käsereibe ist eine klare Kaufempfehlung für jeden, der regelmäßig reibt und Wert auf Stabilität, geringen Kraftaufwand und einfache Handhabung legt.

works quite well. only did cheese so far but that's the reason I bought it so everything else will be bonus. very sturdy and really sticks to counter. my only complaint is maybe should be slightly taller to get better dish under it cause dish I used had to keep being re-adjusted
