This kit is a must have, made the job manageable and less risky.
This kit is a must have, made the job manageable and less risky. One screw striped in a small hidden place it's light out. Changing the trigger is hit and mis, you never know if you can get to the end without ruining the unit. This kit is worth the risk of the $500 replacement Vacuum and the $17 you spent on the switch.

Made the job easier
Glad I bought this! I needed to replace the trigger on my dyson v11 animal and these tools were fantastic! Now I have them for the future if needed plus other family members have dysons that could use the tools.

Key snapped on first use, other tools are good for V11.
The lock key didn't work, it snapped in half on the first try. I was really looking for a key tool because the V11 is so hard to open, and even though Dyson instructions say to use a coin, coins have left some damage in the plastic. But the rest of the tools in this kit worked very well on the V11.It would be even better if it had a brush tool and maybe a pen-light for the deep-set screws under the filter. The case does have enough room to add in your own pen-light and a flat brush.

Perfect for the repair job
One of my Dyson V11's trigger was broken. I ordered replacement. When I tried to work on the vacuum cleaner, I noticed that I don't have the tools needed to open it up. I ordered this tool kit. It arrived quickly. I then follower video from YouTube to open up the cleaner and replaced the trigger. It worked perfected. All three pieces in the kit were used and each performed its function well. It is a must have for the job if you don't have the tools already.

Perfect dyson set saves a lot of money
My wife’s dyson switch stopped working and was very upset. Thinking about what vacuum to by, I said I will by kit and if I can replace switch it only cost tools plus part.Did YouTube video and step by step replaced switch. Took me all of 15 min and also ordered an after market battery with more amps.BOOM! Works great and longer power on boostSaved a lot of money

essential tools for replacing the trigger on our V11 vacuum
Used to replace the trigger on our V11 vacuum cleaner that would not work. My husband has many tools, but none would have worked very well for the task. Glad we ordered the tools as well as the defective part. The process is tedious, but it saved us several hundred dollars to replace the vacuum.
