Q: Does the Gemini have a factory reset button if so where. Thank you

Yes, you have to push and hold the 'Play/Pause' button for at least 10 to 15 secs whilst it is plugged in and turned on. After that time it should then start to beep and move to show it's resetting.

Q: I use standard card and manufacturers recommended combination of plates yet it is noisy and warps the card and plates. Where am I going wrong?

It is a noisy machine but the best I have had. Love it. The plates on all machines warp I always keep spare. I never find card warps. Try putting card or paper under plate to build it up. If it allows you but don’t force it through. Have a look on utube.

Q: Will the machine emboss text?

If you have a plate that has text larger than 10pt it will emboss fine. I have not seen any plates or folders with text unfortunately.

Die cutting plate is 6x3 inches so the mini is to small but the electric cutter is perfect for the job
