Excellent for cutting meat and slicing vegetables such as tomatoes, onion and cucumbers. No slip handle even when my hand is wet. Design is sleek and vintage too. It is okay for chopping but not long enough. Also, I wish it comes with a blade edge guard to secure the sharp blade against accidental damage and protect against mishandling. I'm looking for a blade guard now. The problem is that it may not be a perfect fit for the blade as a one made by the manufacturer of this beautiful knife. Keep cooking, it is fun:)

My husband loved his knife! He’s the man that has everything so it was hard to shop for him. He loves to cook and this summer his steaks are amaze-balls. He opened his gift, washed it up, and went to town cutting up the steak. Then he promptly cut his finger. So it’s been christened. lol.

Bought for my son for a gift. He likes it but its sort of hard to hold. The blade was also sticky until washed a few times.

Perfect shape and very sharp

This was a gift for my mother. She has RA which makes regular knives more difficult to control. This one allows her more control and has the heft she wants to split ribs, chop a brisket or just cut veggies. She is a happy woman.
