Great Bikes , easy to put together , great ride and perfect for old people who want to pedal there and ride on electric back ! Noticed a ripped spot in a box and just found out after a ride that the front disc for the brakes on one of the bikes is bent ! guess we'll see if it's possible to get another one with some brake pads , other than that we love -em !

I have been riding this bike for about a month. The first thing I'll note is the instructions are very little help. The video has no words and skips things like the cargo rack and other things I don't quite remember now. If you have good building and problem solving skills though, you can figure it out. Another thing is buy a new seat. The one it comes with is so unbearably uncomfortable that I literally had bruises. The cargo rack fits really wonky and I suggest using your own tools to tighten the seat and bar. Overall though it goes a decent speed, struggles a little bit up hill, but gets great speed flat and of course down hill. I am a bigger woman and it has no problem getting up to speed. The headlight is nice and bright. One power light is about 3 miles with me and I've never drained the battery, but to stay on the safe side, with full turbo you get about 15 miles. Pedals are really loose if you are using the throttle so don't expect to be able to boost the turbo with man power. Great little bike overall especially as someone who has only ever used those rent-a-bikes.

This bike was a breeze to assemble and a good quality e-bike for the price. The customer service is among the best with fast response times.

Arrived sooner than expected. Easy to put together. All tools needed were in package, took approximately 1/2 hour to assemble. Perfect bike for city riding and going to beach. Good battery life so far. Just ordered a 2nd one for hubby!

Overall, this bike was a good purchase for the price. Its peddle assist performance is not as smooth as a more expensive bike, but it does perform acceptably. I don't know yet about battery life. The owner's manual is quite lacking in detail and clarity. The only real issue I have with the bike is that it took several hours of adjusting to get the bike to work reliably, in addition to the simple assembly required. Buyers need to expect to either do this adjusting themselves or take the bike to a bike shop, before they ride it. The adjusting I had to do included: 1. found the front wheel did not spin freely. This was due to the bearings being over tightened and little or no bearing grease in them. 2. found that the chain tended to come off the front sprocket when it was on either of the two largest rear sprockets. Since the lower bracket (peddle crank bearings) is not adjustable, I had to remove the chain guard mounting bracket so the the lower bracket would move to better align with the chain. This required purchase of a special peddle crank removal tool and a lower bracket removal tool. Removing the chain guard mounting bracket also required purchase of a sprocket mounted chain guard to replace it. I also adjusted the rear wheel mounting position to better align the rear sprockets with the front sprocket. Lastly, I installed a chain guide to better ensure the chain will not come off the front sprocket.

Great bike and easy to put together. Battery last long.

Bike has been great however, do read battery instructions thoroughly. I've been removing battery from charger wrong and was putting it to charge wrong and now my battery has slight issues. Bike overall excellent purchase

I have used it at a maximum of 20 miles per hour.
