The tiny wand makes all the difference
I’ve repurchased this mascara twice already because I love the waterproof formula. My lashes usually fall flat if I curl and use non-waterproof mascara, but this one holds the curl all day and truly is smudge-proof.My favorite part is the tiny wand, which gives me really precise control. With bigger wands, I often get mascara on my eyelids and experience more flaking. This small wand also easily combs out any flakes and creates a clean, polished look. It’s not going to give you dramatic volume, but it defines lashes in a subtle, neat way that I really appreciate.

Good, though not perfect
Slightly irritating my eyes, but in general good product. Finally somebody thought of blond ladies. I do not like all those black eyelashes. Black doesn't fit everywhere and everyone. This ash-dark gray is perfect for everyday. It's not to heavy, brush nicely separates lashes. However I would improve formula of this product to make it a bit easier to apply

Great for beards as well!
As a guy who grayed out pretty early and now in my late 40’s starting to get white in my beard I started looking for something to cover the white. Problem is most people are trying to go back to a darker shade, like a medium brown, dark brown or black. And a lot of men’s products get a hefty price increase by stating it as such “for men”. I was simply looking to cover the whites and not deny my age, well maybe move me back a few. ;) Anyways I found this worked amazing! And the pics below show exactly that! It lasts all day, is some what water proof, and didn’t smear when touched! So if you’re looking to keep that silver fox look, but avoid the whites look no further!

Impossible to remove and not brown
I was looking for a taupe ish brown mascara to match my complexion. I got both the clear brown and the mute brown and both of them looked black on my eyelashes. When I tried to remove with makeup wipes it wouldn’t come off, then I tried dial soap, dish soap and finally olive oil got it off. My eyes were red and several eyelashes had come out. Will be returning

Exactly what I was looking for!!!
Brown mascaras still look black. This is so subtle and looks so natural. I even use it on my eyebrows 🤣I absolutely love it! In fact I’m ordering a second one and sending it to my red headed niece!

Good and not so good
The good: the color - it's hard to find a mascara with any staying power that is NOT black. This delivers. It stays put, yet comes off in the shower with my regular face wash. It also doesn't read as black, but a true brown. The bad: container and applicator spoolie. It seems 'backward' because mascara is always shorter top/lid that is the brush and then longer container of the actual mascara. Not this - super long top/spoolie handle, short bottom with mascara in it. In other words, not much product in there. The spoolie itself is TINY. Really tiny, not much mascara on the spoolie. I have to be uber careful on the bottom lashes or you just get a smidge of mascara under your eyes and none on your bottom lashes. I don't want to work that hard, one bottom lash at a time, while keeping a cotton swab handy to clean off all the smudge before it dries.Won't buy again.

I have blonde eyelashes: here are my thoughts.
I have spent a long time trying to find a mascara that I could wear casually that did not look too bold on my eyes. I decided on the espresso color, which appeared exactly as colored on my lashes, though I imagine it would look darker on darker eyelashes. As far as the formula, it is ridiculously long lasting, and very hard to remove, and dries up faster than common American brands. I do notice that colored mascaras tend to dry up faster than pure black mascaras in most brands. The texture on your eyes ends up feeling a bit like hardened clay though not uncomfortable. The wand is fantastic. I know some people don’t like a skinnier wand but if you want natural looking lashes this is a good choice. I struggle to get to the root of my lashes which sticks out because of my lash color. Overall, biggest positives are accurate coloring, long lasting, and enjoyable application. Biggest complaint would be drying up too fast, but I think the quick dry is intended to hold a curl if I’m not mistaken, so the product dries up completely eventually. Thus, you weigh the pros and cons of curl retention and longevity of use. I have no comments on how well it curls, I am not good at curling my lashes so I would not be able to give an accurate account. I would recommend this to women who struggle with finding a more subtle lash to fit their color palette like me. <3

Keeps lashes up
I love this mascara—it's the best for Asian lashes. I have tried etude curl fix, clio, heroine, as well as western brands but so far this one has been better than all of them. I bought the espresso shade, which is a warm toned brown and it's very natural. The small wand makes it easy to put on top and bottom lashes without accidentally getting it on my eyelid. It keeps my lashes up, and it lengthens it a bit, but doesn't add volume if that's what you're looking for. I am excited to try out other colors! It barely smudges throughout the day (it only smudges for me if I put it on my bottom lashes) and it's not hard to remove with an oil cleanser.
