They are long stem and durable. The design is nice. HOWEVER, it arrived in a box that was faded, torn and looked used!!! This was to be a gift and I'm embarrassed to give it in this box. I should have known from the product write up- poor use of words that maybe this was not going to work however it showed 4 1/2 stars. Yes I can re-box but I like things in their original box.

I love ice cream and create new recipes regularly. Because there is more cream and less milk in my recipes there are more calories, but the extra cream also makes a single dip as satisfying as a double dip of even the best store-bought ice creams. I had a small dish that I used until it got broken so this set was a replacement. For me it makes a huge psychological difference to use a smaller dish for a smaller serving. These are attractive enough for company, but seem sturdy enough for everyday use. I was pleasantly surprised that the bottom of the stem is slightly cupped but does not have a deep indentation. I find they dry completely in the dishwasher without having to towel dry the bottom.The packaging was strange. The box has 2 layers of 3 bowls. In the top layer each glass was bubble wrapped and taped, but the bottom layer was not. Both layers had cardboard dividers for the glasses so the bubble wrap was unnecessary.

Now these are a definitely a "MUST HAVE"!It makes a Great Shrimp Cocktail Bowl ( holds 10 Large Prawns) alongwith making a Great IcecreamI love these bowls!I Love these Bowls! They make a Great Shrimp Cocktail Bowl ( they hold 10 large Prawns)and Ice Cream looks great in these bowls. They are thick and heavy and wash well.They also are so Beautiful to look at that I have them on my counter as a display.I am very Pleased. Oh don't forget theLove them,Love them! They are so Versatile. That's way I love them.They make a great shrimp cocktail bowl ( holds 10 large Prawns)also makes Ice cream look Awesome. These are absolutely beautiful. I have used them for serving individual servings of mousse, and the dessert looked so elegant. They shipped quickly, and the price was good. The downside was definitely in the packaging. They were just loosely boxed without much packaging. 1 of the 12 was broken, and I needed them for an event right away, so I couldn't take the time to send them back.

Glasses are great, but the box was so bad I could not gift the set! Had to keep it for myself.

Use these a lot more than I thought! Sturdy, pretty, and dishwasher safe. Very happy with this purchase.

They were much prettier in the photo! Once I received the bowls, they looked cheap and didn’t catch the light very well. For the price, I suppose I got usable dessert bowls but I sure won’t use these for guests.

One of the glasses was chipped on the inside. When I ordered these I noticed they were the last ones in stock. They are also smaller than what I had anticipated. However, I will use 5 of them and not the chipped one. They were also awfully dusty and dirty. Appears they have been sitting around a warehouse for a long time.
