These GOTOBY compatible toner cartridge replacements for Brother TN436 were printer compatible, very functional, and color accurate. There was no leaking and yielded more than what the original toners produced.

As a small business owner and an IT consultant, I'm constantly wrestling with tech. Printers are the worst. I want to avoid working on them as much as possible, so I want toner that lasts and won't cause issues. It should just work, reliably and without costing a fortune. For years, I've cycled through brands that either bled ink, produced faded prints, or seemed to empty themselves faster than my coffee cup on a Monday morning. This particular toner cartridge? It's been good and that means a lot from me. The print quality is consistently sharp and professional and the yield is good too. The longevity of this cartridge is genuinely impressive, especially considering the price.

Great product, I’ve never had any issues. I’ve ordered from other vendors and had issues with cartridges being empty. I also use this brand at work with other models of printers and works great, lasts for the recommended time, no leaking, fits perfectly and no compatibility issues with printer. Functions as it should! Would highly recommend.

This toner is listed as "compatible" with many Brother printers including the MFC-L8900 series. This was not my experience. Although the toner cartridges did properly install into the slots designed for them, the print quality they produced was horrible. The colors did not match previous prints of the same files. Blue text was printed with a red shadow to the letters. Many pages were streaked or spotted. Images had lines of color differentiation where there should be none. At first (because I had not been the one to change the cartridges) I did not suspect that the toner was the problem. I did extensive troubleshooting, including cleaning every recommended surface with alcohol, replacing my nearly brand-new drum unit, changing paper, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, calibrating, resetting, and even more ridiculous things like running a humidifier to increase the relative humidity in the room. Then my husband told me that he had had to replace the toner while I was at work and that was probably the issue. I went out and purchased new toner; sure enough, all the problems disappeared. For cheap printing, particularly if you don't care about consistency between prints or high image quality, this is a great bargain. But if you, like me, bought your laser printer for its quality, due yourself a favor and buy quality toner.

Used this twice so far. No issues. Good color and print quality every time.

I run a small, regional nonprofit for veterans and first respoionders. Our old Canon printer finally gave up the ghost so I had to get a replacement. I did a lot of research before deciding on the Brother printer. I was hesitant to get the printer because of the high cost of toner for it. I found this Gotoby toner, but some of the reviews said it wouldn't work in some of the printers. When the new printer arrived, I pulled out the $400 some odd toner cartriges that came with it and put in the Gotoby cartriges that cost under $65. The printer performed perfectly. I then ordered two more sets for when they run out. We print a lot of fliers, handouts and information resource sheets. This toner made all of the photos look great. I will continue to purchase this toner. It works great.

I was very hesitant to purchase because it wasn't the name brand, but for the price difference, I felt it was worth the trial, and this works great. I can not tell the difference between this brand and the brand name.
