the price for H40 is much higher than other colour degree? why?

I’ve been using Just For Men for years now, and this updated version with keratin and vitamin E is even better than before. I bought the 3-pack in Medium-Dark Brown (H-40), and the color matches my natural shade perfectly—no weird tones or fake-looking results. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use. The shampoo-in formula takes about 10 minutes, and it doesn’t drip or make a mess. It covers grays evenly and blends really naturally. My hair feels stronger and healthier after using it, probably thanks to the added keratin and vitamin E. Each application lasts me a few weeks before I need a touch-up, and the 3-pack makes it super convenient and cost-effective. I always feel more confident and put-together after using this. It doesn’t irritate my scalp, and the color fades gradually, not suddenly. Purchased a few times. Pros: Good long lasting color for mens short hair. Easy to use for men who don't like a lot of fus. I use on beard/goatee too seems to work well for me, maybe not for everyone. Cons: Seems to stain my skin, but could just be my skin type or other skin products I regularly use. I pick a shade lighter than expected results because seems to come out darker.

This product has really made me feel better about my appearance. That sounds like low self esteem to some, but I am 43 and have WAY too much gray for someone my age. I am single, so it really does not help to look like a grandfather. This product really brings my hair back to the color I had 10yrs ago and younger. When I am in my 50s or 60s and SHOULD be gray, fine. Not now though. It really does look natural. I have also tried the comb in product, and both work equally as well. I like the shampoo in product better, just because you only have to wait 5 minutes. CON : I have seen some reviews of the Just for Men products that they do not color short hair well and leaves the gray hair more of a copper color. It doesn't quite look right on short hair, like if you keep the sides of your hair trimmed low as I do. I totally agree. I keep my hair on the sides clipped low, probably a 1/4 inch or less guard on the clippers. The side of my head is the most gray. After an application the rest of my head of hair was normal looking, but the sides looked much lighter brown and had a weird tint. HOWEVER, I solved the issue!! I decided to try Just for Men Beard and Mustache. Of course, Just for Men says not to use this "specially formulated" product on your regular hair. Perhaps not, if it is long hair that the color easily takes to, sure. However, the hair on the side of my head is closer in length to someone's average beard and does not hold the color like the longer hair on my head. So, what the heck. I tried it on the sides and it works like a charm. The beard and mustache product is designed to color the smaller more hard to color hair, and that is exactly what the short clipper cut hair on the side of my head is. It really works, seriously. PLUS, it is a multi-use product. The beard and mustache product comes with two tubes, mixing tray, and brush that are meant to be used multiple times. So when the rest of my head of hair needs a treatment, I use the regular shampoo coloring on my entire head. Then I used the beard and mustache product on the sides to complete the coloring for that shorter hair. That hair tends to lose the coloring much faster than the rest. SO, rather than waste a complete shampoo treatment on my entire head just to color the short hair on the side, which it does not do well anyway, I simply use the beard and mustache product on the sides in between regular applications. It seriously solved the issue for me, and I don't have to worry about keeping my hair short on the sides or being forced to let it grow in just to get it to hold the color. Just a tip that really works, if anyone else has the same problem.

So the time has come, as I reach middle age, to cling hopelessly to one last shred of youth... my hair color. I have been using Just For Men hair color for about a year now, and this is my experience. My hair is maybe 20 - 25% grey, the rest is dark brown. PROS: 1) This product does pretty much exactly what it says it does. It doesn't change the color of my non-grey hair too much, although I have had to experiment with the color a bit. 45 was too dark, 35 didn't cover the grey well enough. I'm using 40 right now, and it seems like a decent balance. 2) Application is pretty easy. Mix the two bottles together, put on the included gloves, and "shampoo" it into your hair. Wait 5 minutes and wash it off. 3) My hair tends to be frizzy, and after I apply this color treatment, it actually makes my hair seem healthier, thicker, and much less frizzy. 4) It really does make me look younger. It's worth it. CONS: 1) BE VERY CAREFUL where you apply it. The solution is clear, and doesn't really change color until it's been sitting on a surface for a bit. So, if you're putting it on in front of the mirror, you may not realize that you are splashing on the floors and the counter until it's too late. I have a few stains on my white counters that I didn't discover until they had set in. I recommend applying this inside an enclosed shower, and then immediately rinsing down the walls to remove the solution before it develops. 2) It does not last until your next haircut. I use a color safe shampoo, and yet I'm lucky if it lasts for 2 - 3 weeks. That's ok, because this is cheap enough and easy enough to apply that I just plan on using it every 3 weeks. But, be aware that it does eventually fade and wash out. All in all, it's a good product. The only alternative is a "girl" hair color that would be a lot more complicated to apply, and would take a lot more time. I'm happy with Just For Men, and I plan to continue using it.
