I needed really sturdy folding chairs and I found them. The four pack was priced right, shipped quickly, were comfortable and looked great! One of the chairs had a defect that made it unusable. I contacted the seller and they said they would send a replacement chair. Much to my surprise they sent another four pack! I asked about returning the original chairs and they said no worries, keep them all and enjoy! What amazing customer service for a wonderful product. If you need chairs, buy these. Updated review: I have had these for 4 months now. They are not used all the time, so I am wondering why one of the seats has started rippling. Like the padding is shifting and bunching up in places. The other 3 are fine so far, but the one is weird. So I took 1 start away Original review: The quality of these chairs is amazing. You don't feel like it is going to collapse out from under you. The cushion on the seat and backrest are very comfortable. I can't speak to the durability or the cushion, because I have only had them for 3 months, but so far so good. They are super easy to clean and don't take up much room when storing them out of the way.

These are good chairs have on hand when you need them, and easy to store when you don’t. They fit very nicely in my laundry room in the 10 inch space between the washer and the wall. The neutral khaki color will work with most decor. Like others, I would like them to be a little higher. The average dining room chair is 18 inches; the manufacturer measures these at 16.8 inches. The seat is padded and the back has a little padding also. This suits my needs very well.

Two chairs arrived damaged, and the color was not as described. Instead of "Khaki," they are more of a creamy mushroom shade. If you need a tax invoice for business purposes, be aware that it's nearly impossible to obtain one from the seller. The seller is offshore, and Amazon Australia offers little support in resolving these issues. While the chairs are inexpensive, the hassle isn't worth it—save yourself the trouble and buy from a local supplier.
