I always buy this brand to wash my feather down coats in, it works well and they come out of the tumble dryer looking brand new

The product worked really well leaving my jacket nice and clean, I can't say much about proofing but it's fine in spots of rain. Drying the down jacket after was a pain in the neck! If there are big sections of down it's not too bad, but the lightweight thin tubes of down don't spread back out easily even with tennis balls in the dryer. The trick is to dry it in a machine, then air dry for a day or two, then do the machine dryer again and pat clumps vigorously which blows to down back along the tubes.

My wife had an unfortunate poorly child/Rab jacket interface and it was stinking. Almost to the point that we considered disposing of the jacket. Found this recommended on the rab website and it had worked incredibly well, the jacket looks (and smells!) like new. I've docked it a star because of how intensive the drying process is (about 3 hours in a tumble drier, cool spin, taking it out every 30 minutes and shaking it). We have a heat pump drier without a cool cycle but it was effective none the less. Very impressed with the results.

Great value. Concretely rejuvenated our rab jackets. Although you need to then down proof after. This product straps any waterproofing our of the jacket. You then need Down Proof Direct to wash in after.

Bought this product to wash a feather and down jacket in need of refreshing and to remove greasy spots off the front and sleeves. Easy enough to use. Non-descript not particularly attractive scent. Pre treated oily spots meticulously but with limited effect. Expensive, limited effectiveness.
