Great water filter. Designed for a whole house but I use it under my kitchen sink because I live in a Condo and like the larger size filtering system. I change the filter every three to four months, it is easy to use and removes lots of stuff. It is my second one in more than 12 years. My water is very soft and tastes great. It's good on my coffee pot too.I love it.

a decent house filter for a budget price but to the reviewer who pointed out it's super-easy to cross thread the outlet....THEY WEREN'T KIDDING! I started the fitting and caught it cross-threading luckily before i went more than a couple threads

You can definitely taste the difference using these. I used to be able to taste and smell chlorine, now I can't. Excellent!

I've ordered two of these so far for my cold plunge setup. Both allow air into my lines. I know it's isolated to this filter because once I put it on bypass, the air is purged from the system and the lines regain pressure. The pump no longer sounds like it's choking. I've tried new orings, silcone sealant, etc. Nothing works.
