Rage Against the Machine* (Bass): Bass Transcriptions (Bass Recorded Versions)

Great book - clear tab and instuctions where necessary. Great even for a beginner - very clear, and will get you playing along in no time. My fingers ache from playing this so much, my neighbours are probably sick of hearing Killing In The Name and the start of Bombtrack, but I'm loving it!

Very clear transcriptions of every song on the album. My only gripes are; it would have been nice to have backing tracks to play along to; and, the main riff on "Know Your Enemy" is split over two pages. As this riff is repeated throughout the song but only notated once, it would have been much better to have it on one page so it could be learnt without having to turn the page (which is quite tricky whilst trying to play the bass, in my experience). Admittedly, it would be a simple task to copy the second half of the riff onto paper and then glue it below the first half.

Great book with all the necessary tabs to play RATM. For the price i was expecting a CD or online code but you dont get one with it. Quite pricey for what you get but it helps a lot.

i ordered this book believing it was the guitar tab version, but infact it's the bass tab, just so you know as tab books go it's quite good, everything's acturate and clear etc..

As my previous review was innapropriatte I will simply say that this book is super and wonderful and marvellous and AA revelation and all things good. Well done, thank you again...carry on....
