Essentially a useful year planner, this has the added quality of giving you a smile at each sweary phrase sprinkled throughout the pages. It amused my mate when I gave it as a gift. It's a nice quality book with good spaces to write in.

I got this as I was dieting and all the sections on the pages made keeping a food diary easy, after a few months its use changed from dieting to starting a journey fighting cancer, the words used in it really helped me on bad days, which there have been many!I've still got a way to go so I will be ordering next years one to keep my appointments, treatments and thoughts on it all.

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass er kein DinA5 Format hat und ich ihn deshalb nicht immer mit mir tragen kann 😔, weshalb die Kontinuität zwischenzeitlich nachlässt.
