I've struggled with falling asleep as well as staying asleep on and off for years. I was very hopeful about this supplement, but there are some issues right off the bat.First of all, 9mg of Melatonin is much more than most would recommend.The serving size is also 3 capsules, and I much prefer to take one single supplement.Thirdly, the cost of the supplement itself will keep you up at night! It is a $50.00 supplement that lasts only one month if you take it daily.All that being said, I would be happy to pay for something that allowed me to sleep well reliably.The first night I took this I had 1/3 the dosage because I didn't want as much melatonin. I woke up a few times as normal, but overall slept great and felt terrific when I woke in the morning.Fast forward a few months, I've taken 1/3 the dosage nightly, and I have slept beautifully for 3 months consistently! So overall, the price is reasonable since the one bottle lasted 3 months.

I've been on Sleep+ for 4 nights now, and got a full night of restful sleep on my 3rd night. It takes a couple of nights for your body to absorb the medication before it kicks in but it's worth it. After surgery my sleep pattern was 4hrs of sleep followed by 6 hours of wakefulness before I felt tired enough to drift off to sleep again. I desperately needed to get into a sleep routine of 7 to 8 hrs of straight sleep and I'm relieved that Sleep+ is proving itself as a sleep remedy. The capsules are rather large but taking them one at a time with water helps. I am truly happy with the product.

They work very well. I needed something to help with the time change and these did the trick. The taste is so-so but what natural supplement taste good.I wake up feeling refreshed without the groggy feeling. Only warning is to make sure you drink plenty of water during the day.Update: been taking it for a week and started having bad stomach aches and headaches in the morning for some reason. Going to be stopping them and seeing if there are better products available.

So far very happy with this sleep aid. Helps me fall asleep faster and sleep longer. It’s expensive but worth the price in my opinion. Also a plus that it has all natural and clean ingredients

I purchased this product because I have high anxiety and sleeping is difficult. I saw this product and wanted to give it a try. I took it right before bed and it has been helping me to fall asleep. The only thing about it is the very strong lavender taste. I just swallow as quickly as I can. And it has never given me an upset stomach or anything like it. I would recommend anyone with sleep issues or anxiety give this product a try! I will keep ordering it.Jill C.

I haven't had a chance yet to really evaluate my sleep quality. I have only used these once or twice. The smell of the pills is a little strong, but happily I did not notice any aftertaste or stomach issues. The pills are large, but no larger than my probiotics. I may change my review to 5* after I've used these for awhile!
