Good recipes, but no nutritional information :(
recipes seem ok, but there's no nutrition info for the recipes - proteins? carbs? fats? calories per serving? fiber? so many things one needs to know while following the ketogenic diet, and this book fails in that department. However, since it was a free kindle download, I can't complain too much. To the author - with just a little effort, you could easily have included the nutrition info.

If you are a lover of breakfast like I am but constantly looking for new options this book is a lifesaver. I like the versatility traditional breakfast crossing over into the world of Keto I absolutely at the breakfast sandwich.
