Accurate dimensions
Not much to say, they are standard 40x40 extrusions as expected. The ends were rather sharp, I deburred them to avoid getting cut. My track saw clamps fit in these slots perfectly, quite handy when using these as a jig!

Strong, straight, and super useful
These extrusions are essential for any sort of jig building or sisters where you need to affix things to a rigid frame. These 4040 are straight, strong, and work with T-slot hardware as expected. Value at the time I ordered was also good compared to other sources.

Exactly as described
This 4-pack of 4040 extruded aluminum arrived quickly and well-packed. All of the sections were 600mm and had clean cuts. No jagged cuts. Each piece was individually wrapped to protect the surface finish, and the 4 sections were affixed to one another by two pieces of tape in order to prevent the pieces from scratching each other. I'm very happy with these items and the care that was taken to deliver them to me. I plan to purchase more 4040 items from the seller in the months ahead.

Light duty standard 4040 profiles. No issues. Standards are good for a reason.
These are standard "Light" profile 4040 extrusions. The sections are thin with a low total weight per inch. I would not use these for heavy load applications. That said they appear to be accurate and smooth and straight. Unlike the photos the ends are not anodized but are raw from a saw cut. So you may need to deburr these before using. Fine utility parts for light-duty work such as windows or machine enclosures. I intend to use these for a small robot enclosure with plastic windows. Recommended.

Heavy duty. Well manufactured. Tight tolerances.
Nice build. These extrusions are robust and well manufactured. I'm extending out a platform on our campervan and these are sturdy enough to support several hundred pounds on the platform. No sharp edges. Good overall finish to the aluminum.
