I couldn’t be happier with this freestanding lamp! At 5 feet tall, it’s the perfect height to add warmth and light to any space without being overwhelming. Assembly was incredibly easy—just a few simple steps and it was ready to go. No tools, no frustration! The lighting is beautiful—soft yet bright enough to comfortably read or work by. It works perfectly in a bedroom, living room, or even an office reading nook. I placed mine next to an accent chair and it instantly elevated the whole look of the room. It’s minimal in design but still makes a stylish statement. What really stands out is the value. It looks much more expensive than it is, and it’s rare to find something this functional, attractive, and affordable all in one. Super cute lamps. Easy to assemble. Arrived quickly. Gives great ambient lighting. Fits well in my smaller living room. I actually got 2 so that I have one on each side. The floor switch is great too. You don't have to fumble for a switch by the bulb and worry about burning your hand or blinding yourself. All in all, great purchase.

I purchased two at $26.97 each, and it's a great little deal. Here are some of my observations. Putting it together is easy, the lampshade itself is rolled up and attaches to the lamp frame by clips and then closed off with a velcro seam along the side, you need to adjust it just right to get a nice shaped cylinder. That didn't take too long. The pole, which is the length of the lamp is made up of two smaller poles that are screwed together. When put together it feels a bit delicate, if moved around a lot or any extra pressure is applied to the poles they will bend and they may not fit together well afterwards. But if built and left alone it will hold up fine. I wouldn't recommend this in spaces with pets bumping into it, where you have to slide it around or spaces with small children just because of how delicate the construction is. The lamp will be in pieces for sure. I've moved my lamp across the room and when doing so felt how fragile it was and made sure to support both poles to keep pressure off the point they attach to each other. Other observations, the light has two settings for a warm light and a white light. If you plug this lamp in an outlet controlled by a switch you can still activate this feature. You just keep flipping the switch until you get the setting you want. This lamp came with its own bulb and I haven't tried a different bulb to see how that feature works. The switch is a button on the lamp's cord, so turning on and off you'd need your foot to be able to reach the button. Unless you have smart plugs. The lamp's light up my small living room well. It's near my sofa so the shade is adjustable to keep the glare of the bulb from your eyes. Overall good price, and I'm sure it will last for as long as I need it. We have no kids, or dogs running around. We are full body able, so we can reach around with our foot and turn on the lamp manually One star less for the overall construction. I wrote this, not AI....so don't mind Grammer and spelling. ;)

This was easy to put together, pretty sturdy and seems like a great deal for the price. The shade fabric comes rolled up which seemed strange at first, but clipped on the frame and velcroed together with no problem. It comes with a bulb and it works. It's an attractive lamp. I'm happy with this purchase 👍🏼

great lamp! i put a dimmable bulb, (purchased seperately) and plugged it into a simple dimmer switch, foot switch still works and i love that feature and i adore the adjustable light and this lamp! highly recommend. if you don't care for the shadow it casts, you can simply cut out a piece of cardboard and fit it inside the lamp shade and the light will not shine upwards, only downwards. i have not done that as i have it in a corner and it fits there with the base tucked under a baseboard radiator tucked in very nicely and the light is on two walls and looks great. the power cord or the foot switch does not get caught in my vroom vacuum cleaner either. assembling was so simple, just be gentle and do not over tighten anything; the shade actually pops into little clips which you will easily discover, you can hear them pop right in, just stand back and level up the shade however you desire the light to fall, you can not see if it is level or not without getting a bit of a distance away.

This lamp is wonderful for a corner spot , easy to assemble and for the price a real plus 🤗 I recommend for the price & look !

We have an open floor plan with a great room at one end of the 1st floor. The overhead lights are great while cleaning, performing brain surgery, or landing a plane. For normal living they are way too bright. One of the cons of a large open floor plan is a lack of electrical outlets to plug in lamps. There is a little corner at one edge of the room where we placed a small desk but could not find a desk lamp to our liking or that was small enough to fit on the desk while still providing enough light. This was the perfect solution. There is a small opening behind the back of the desk betwen the wall and desk. This floor lamp fit perfectly. The lamp throws plenty of either bright or soft light depending on which mode you choose. Useful at the desk, it also improves lighting in the living room area. I love having the choice of the type of light to suit my mood. It took a woman in her seventies five minutes to assemble. Do not be thrown by having to assemble the lampshade. I put it together (it has Velcro; easy to adjust) and then inserted the wire cages. Worked very well for me. I was very surprised and pleased that they included the special light bulb. I love that I can tilt the shade to different angles depending on my needs. It has a nice, heavy base so the lamp is sturdy and remains in place. Everyone that has seen it has been shocked when I tell them what I paid. Mine was the Black with a Beige-trimmed shade. It was on sale for $29.99 and Amazon had a $10 coupon offer. So, $20 for a really cute floor lamp that was the perfect size was quite a bargain. I would definitely buy this again, at full price, if I find another location where it would be of benefit. The only negative that I might warn a potential buyer about is to be aware that the only lamp control is on a floor button that you step on. It works just fine for me in the position I have it but could be awkward for others depending on where you need to place it. I received this lamp and sadly immediately decided to return it. Trying to finish my living room and thought that lamp would go beautifully. Pros: cheap standing lamp Cons: just visually unappealing. Small and cheap looking (I have 8 ft ceilings for reference) its 60 inches to the top but since the lamp shade drops down it looks even shorter, very skinny and the gold looks cheap in my opinion. Another thing I dislike is all the different finishes at the top of the lamp shade as pictured. Silver to hold it, and a black knob to hold the shade on place. It just clashes (especially the gold and silver) and overall doesn’t look great. Might be right for a small space
