Works great!
I bought this to upgrade my custom rig from an ASRock Intel 8th gen motherboard. This board works great out of the box. Installed the board along with an Intel I3-12100. I transferred the 16GB RAM and GTX 1650 from the old motherboard and installed Windows 11 without issues. I ran the fan tweak in BIOS and put the fans into "Silent" mode. Board runs great and is rock solid. I do not overlock so I can't say if it does that well or not. ASUS quality is always solid.

Another great motherboard by ASUS
ASUS never lets us down. They make great components for computers, including motherboards. And this is no exception. It offers great value for performance and supports up to an Intel I-7

nice little workhorse to host an i9 cpu
I had a spare 14th gen i9 processor and needed a small cheap worker machine to host it. This worked out of the box and I also see that asus put out a bios update to address the i9 voltage issues. Ubuntu Server installed without issue, no driver problems.Unlike their high end ROG motherboards, this little guy doesn't have heat sinks everywhere so there was plenty of room to install a big CPU cooling unit.

A Solid Board!
I needed a full-sized board for my build and this one was perfect. Easy enough for a noob to install yet still has some great features for a knowledgeable someone to tweak around with.Worked as it should right out of the box, burn-in test completed successfully with no errors.

A Perfectly Functional Board.
This is a fine basic board for midrange Intel based systems. If you're on a budget and looking to get into the latest generation Intel chip this will work fine, but keep in mind it lacks overclocking abilities so it's best paired with non K processors. Enthusiasts, especially those who want to overclock, will be better served by a more feature rich chipset. Those building a basic gaming machine on a budget will be served just fine by this board. If you're going beyond the i5 series you'll want at least a B660 chipset. The reason this only gets four stars is the lack of USB ports. It has, I kid you not, FOUR USB PORTS! There is clearly a space where two more used to go, but it appears ASUS cut two of these ports out at some point. Earlier mentions of this board online state it has six. There is no excuse for this and it's definitely something to keep in mind if you're running a lot of USB accessories.PROS- Affordable- Good BIOS software- 2 x M.2 slots. Many boards in this price range have only one.- 2 case fan headers. Again, many boards in this segment have only one.CONS- Only four USB ports, and only two of those are USB 3.0! There is no excuse for this.- Not enough board to fully take advantage of higher end chips. Stick with the i5 for best results.
