We used this Hootsum suction hose to transfer diesel from a storage tank to the 55gal. drum that is used to pump fuel to various equipment. We especially liked the flexibility at low temperature - much better than the plastic hose it replaces. The end fittings sealed nicely on 3/4npt/1" tubing fittings and the supplied strainer will seperate any foreign particles. The 6+Ft length is just right to reach and transfer fuel in an auxiliary storage tank. ~ The Duffian

Works perfectly with a pump, transferring cooled fry oil back into the 35lb containers. Comes with all the necessary accessories and the filter screen works well. Can't really go wrong for the price. The hose is nicely flexible while also being strong with the wire reinforcement.

Great suction hose. Does not collapse , running around 30 GPM , weather temperature in my area is around 110 F
