I would rate this higher because it DOES work wonders on the hair, but I had 2 issues. 1. The bottles were far from full. The light happened to catch one by accident before I even opened it. I thought, "hold on" and I held it up again to the light. It was about two inches of empty space! Not even just in the top part, but the bottle itself. I held up the conditioner and saw the same issue. Not even close to full, so that was disappointing. 2. The smell is pretty intimate which I liked, but I noticed with the conditioner, there is an odd hint of something that smells like ammonia. I thought maybe it was just me, but then I asked my husband to smell my hair and he said it smelled a little like bleach! It wasn't overwhelming, but the scent is definitely there in the conditioner. I do feel that my hair is softer, and shinier. The shampoo made it feel very clean, and the conditioner wasn't heavy at all while still moisturizing my hair.

Don’t need much product, lathers up nicely and the scent is amazing.

I'm torn about writing this review..love the product! Makes hair manageable,soft,full or life,bouncy after one use. It did arrive late by 2 days due to shipping. Packaged nicely. Bottles were 3/4 full, 12 oz apparently. Should be more for price in my opinion. Going to use every 2nd or 3rd time , not daily. So great product for just repair, not a daily shampoo. Lost a star for being late by 2 days, and quantity.

Fanatic product. No residue and didn't strip my colour. Highly recommend.
