Received used item with missing parts, brand name and colour was different as well.....no screws, tiny rag of a cloth as mop with out any provision to attach it to the machine. Some how charged it and tried to see the efficiency..... horrible is the word......just rotates in one spot without picking a grain, forget dust or hair...... someone definitely out to cheat customers..... Buyers beware!!!

It's waste of money. Not at all effective. Keeps getting stuck. You have to b around it everytime. Lasts mins after hours of charging. Complete waste of money
