FOCO NHL Unisex Team Thematic Gnome

So I have a Canucks version of this gnome and he is lovely. Some of the other team gnomes are really funny and well thought out, but our guy is lets say...a little boring compared to some of the others ie Red Wings with the octopus LOL. He arrived packaged well and on time and I gave it only 4 stars because the painting on the piece is very good but not perfect. It could have been a bit tidier. Other than that I wouldn't have mind it being a bit bigger (but this size is great for travelling which my little guy is going to be doing to help cheer on our team). For a sports fan they are a fun piece (just think of the mischief he can get himself into)!

So I like this little guy. I got is as a gift for my dad, who loves, the capitals, and he loves it. He collects the gnomes and this one is a good addition. My only problem was that it came with the hockey stick broken off from his hand. We glued it back on, but it still came broken.

It is so nice to open the door and see this guy in our garden with all the other gnomes. Plus we love the game. This one stands over 10". He holds a Hockey stick that was broken in half in each hand. Colors are true. Just a great piece to see prior to walking inside the home.

It is a big attention magnet for those in Los Angeles who love Los Angeles! Hopefully on the next championship win, i hope to bring him so we can riot like the rest of Los Angeles fans that really love their teams! No championship is complete without a riot!

The urge to smash this into little pieces is tempered by the fact that it's as thin as rice paper. We've had to keep it in the house as it's simply too fragile to leave outside.Seriously... this thing is some of the thinnest ceramic material known to mankind. I love my little NHL gnomes (and I'm not one of those weirdo gnome freaks either, I bought them because they were on a killer sale and I am a huge, huge hockey fan).Don't sneeze on it. Main reason is you might somehow infect the Flyers through trans-blah blah blah (some big word that scientists say) and they'll be worse than ever this year. Secondary reason is sneezing on it could shatter it into 9,000+ pieces.

My husband is a rabid Kings fan, so I knew he had to have this bit of silliness. He likes it, but he likes the Steelers gnome a bit better for the inventiveness( Steelers gnome is standing on a steel girder). Still, he says he likes its "gnominess".

Bought as a gift for my son who is a huge Kings fan. The package was well protected, paint quality is decent especially for the price. My son loves it and brags about it to his little brother. I would recommend the item to any hockey fan.

My dad is one of those people that are so hard to buy for. We got him this for Father's Day and he got a kick out of it. Said one of the best gifts he's gotten. Well made, decent packaging.
