Design was a bit blurry
The mat itself is good quality, but not worth $36. The process to customize was a bit confusing. It took a few weeks to arrive from China :( The design was larger than it appeared during the customization. This is what blurred it. I didn't return it because my husband likes it and it works for it's intended purpose. This isn't something I would order again customized.

Exactly what I ordered
The desk mat came out perfectly. It fits on my desk, the design was perfectly done with no blurring or distortion, and the quality of the mat itself exceeded expectations.

Pretty Good
I order it for my kids for this Christmas. The pictures came out good enough for what I’ve gave them and the materials is great. I ordered two. Both of them came early and together.

Horrible quality!
This is not a mouse pad/desk mat material at all! Came folded all up in a small bag and is the thinnest piece of cheap leather I’ve ever seen, the picture I had put on it is printed poor quality as well
