I got this item delivered on the 07th of October and today is just the 21st of October and it does not work as it does not get turned on and does not burn the incense. What a poor quality!!

At first, this worked fine, but after the fifth time, it stopped working on any plugs in the house and only selectively worked in some before it stopped working altogether. It's too bad since this is much simpler to use than the charcoal method.

This is nicely decorative but it just doesn’t work which is a real pity. I prefer electric incense burners instead of charcoal or tea lights but this didn’t work at all.

This product work for 1 week then stopped working do not buy waste of time and money
