I read all the reviews and ordered. I wanted to wait a month to see if I had results prior to giving my opinion. Firstly, I suffer from insomnia and often awoke in the night with leg cramps. NOT ANYMORE! I sleep well no more cramps. But, I suffer from terrible anxiety and it was out of control! I’m feeling and functioning So Much Better and it’s now a part of my daily routine.

I got this because I’m a poor sleeper but no this has not helped. Sorry also energy has not increased

I just ordered this product, and within just a night I had improvements! I work full-time and I’m a full-time mom, and I haven’t slept a whole night in a few years.
