Don't let your wine (or champagne or olive oil) go naked! Here's a perfect way to identify the gift you brought so it doesn't end up anonymously on the party table. After all, you took the time to choose or make it specially. Even better, it comes with a magnet on the back, so it can be kept as a keepsake afterwards. (See the last photo, of Jane Austen as an example). I love this piggy wine steward in his leather apron, assuring us that it's 5:00 p.m. somewhere and thus time for a drink! The tag has a place on the back for you to write your own message. To create this guy, I adapted an antique postcard from my collection and printed it on heavy luster paper with archival inks. I cut it out with my scrolling saw from thinner wood than I use for ornaments. The tag is not as sturdy and has unpainted sides, but it can be hung up if you prefer to using it as a magnet. If you buy any three wine tags, the price is reduced to $12.00 for the set. Simply go to one of my collection listings and buy that, then indicate at checkout which three wine tags you want. No matter how many wine tags you buy, shipping is never more than $3.20. And remember: A silver foil bag indicates that it's a gift, but a personal keepsake tag makes it special!
