While we haven't needed the repair part of this yet, the cleaner/conditioner is keeping a 20-year old pair of Sorel snow boots going strong. Easy to use and works well.

I’ve used both products on multiple boots. I’d buy it again for sure. The glue holds up and the rubber conditioner stuff helped my work boots last longer then ever before

I have cracks in my rain boots that needed to be sealed and then conditioned, so I bought the set. The aquaseal tube is lacking a sharp point on the other side of the cap in order to puncture the seal. I find that very strange. I found a toothpick to puncture, but for this task, I really needed a precision tip as this standard tube opening just glops out and creates a giant mess. It also failed to seal what needed to be sealed. Additionally, I had a very hard time getting the conditioner out. And when it does come out, it also makes a big mess. The finish looks smeary and I’m generally turned off and disappointed in both products. Since it was Prime, I went to return them only to find I would have to contact the company to discuss a refund. So, nothing about this purchase is a positive experience. I cannot recommend these products.

My son had some very damaged shoes where the plastic rubber in the front, got cut and detached from the shoes. I put some of the product and let it dry overnight. It was drying fast and it looks fixed. After one day of wearing them again, it didn't last. Maybe the shoes were too much damaged and it could have worked way before we reach that point. It was also in the front, so you put lots of pressure on the front from bending your feet, pushing on the front when he is on the swing.
