Very sturdy badge holders! The retractable cord feels strong and extends smoothly to a good length (about 32"), with no snagging. Easily handles multiple keys and an ID badge without feeling flimsy — the 8oz capacity is accurate. The carabiner clip is heavy duty and stays secure, which is great for daily use at work. I also like that it comes as a 2-pack, so I can keep one as a backup or use it for different sets of keys. Much more durable than the standard plastic badge reels I’ve used in the past. Definitely recommend if you need something tough and reliable.

Solid construction. An issue with "other" badge holders is that the spin wheel is weak and breaks easily due to the metal braided wire being too heavy. However THIS badge holder has a very strong spin wheel!! The belt clip is also strong. I don't get the feeling that this is going to give out anytime soon. It should be noted that if you are fragile/weak in hand strength, you might not like this one so much. It's not hard to pull by any means, but it's also not like pulling thread over ice. It needs to have the resistance that it has though, or else it would break due to the metal wire. Should I go through these two, I will most likely be buying another set. These are very nice.

Was very sturdy and quality is great. My husband is in law enforcement and this was perfect for his badge.

It works but, the lever to open it up to put it on a belt loop is very strong. And it's very short. That makes it harder to put on and take off.

A bit larger than I thought, but will serve the purpose correctly and the retraction strength is very strong. I will be using them for work and have a set of plastic cards that are kind of heavy and swing around a lot. The spring will hold them on my bag and the whole thing is very durable so I can move around with faith that they won’t break

These look sturdy. I like the multiple options for connecting, via the clip, the ring etc. I use for my keys when I want them to be secure in my bag and still accessible to open doors. Can't emphasise how much this gives me a greater security that I will not lose my valuable keys. Definitely great value for money with the 2 pack. Would recommend for sure.

I noticed a coworker with his keys and credentials on a similar item. I got home that night and went to Amazon Prime. Found this specific product and ordered it. Good purchase for a good price. Very happy buyer. The length is more than I would need but its there if I need it. Lightweight and durable. Holds my keys and company id.

Lower section is great. Love the steel cable. Strong pull. 1 major issue that makes me not want to rebuy. The upper carabiner hook is very, very difficult to remove from your belt loops. It just has a very weird curve to it, and it would not come loose with one hand easily. Maybe that is a plus if you are worried that it will come loose too easily, but for me, I would rather have it open easily than need to be cut off. 2nd issue is more of my fault, but it still could be an issue. The upper hook is made of metal and swings on the plastic holder below. I put the badge in my back pocket one day and when sitting on the badge because the metal can't bend past 120 degrees or so it snapped the plastic holder and broke the badge in two pieces. So don't sit on badge as it can't take it.
