I have owned many, many laptops. Always had the best most $$$$$ laptops at work. At home, I have a super powerful gaming laptop that I use for home studio recording. But none beat this laptop for its keyboard, quick startup, general ease and pleasure to use. The keyboard is outstanding. Great feel, large textured keys, full number pad, etc. It really is special. Speed is great for general processing, web surfing, word processing. The screen is large, clear, perfectly fine. I cannot believe you can get a laptop of this quality for this price. Kudos HP!!!!!

The computer arrived on time and packaged neatly. The set up was easy and quick. My wife likes the large display and the sharpness of the screen. It servers its purpose well as a home office computer. Not sure how it would do with gaming but daily productivity it is a nice computer. I would recommend.

I'm still setting it up, some people call it playing. The size is great, screen and keypad, 17.3". I like the operating system, windows. I'm switching over from a HP Crome book. My desktop and laptop, both HP and windows were destroyed when my house caught fire and burned. I got the Crome book because it was what I could afford at the time. It worked ok but I was so use to windows I couldn't stand the Crome system. But this Flagship HP+ Business is loaded with space and windows. It does not have a touch screen but that's ok I won't have to clean the screen all the time. This HP works well. It was priced fair and was well worth. It is new NOT refurbished. The shipping box it came in was crushed and open. However, the inner laptop's box was undamaged, and neither was the laptop. So far, I love it is working out well for me. I recommend it.

This computer is super fast! I use it for school and I’ve never had an issue with my zoom classes. It was a little difficult to set up at first but no other issues since then. The sound quality is amazing along with the picture quality. Definitely worth the money!

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS MODIFY IT FOR PERSONAL USE AND IT IS A GREAT UNIT.

Received computer, set it up. All went well and I had Powerpoint up and running. Copied data from our Sound Room computer (we are a church). Walked away and when I got back it had a blue screen that said it had a bitlock error and we needed to enter the key to unlock it. There was a key underneath the writing so I entered it and it said it was wrong. I noticed then that the letters would not print in the box, only numbers. It gave a web site to enter the key and said no one could break through this key, you could not open this computer without the key. Numbers & letters were all over the screen. Weird. So I started a return, then sent it back. Company said new one is one the way. I got a pkg from them that said it was the computer but it was a small box and only a mouse pad! I called the number for the company and he wanted to know who I was and what I wanted. I said I am calling because you sent me a pkg and he hung up on me! Amazon customer service got me a refund and told me to save my pix. Won't order from that company again...ever!

The laptop is terrific. It does all we want and more! We run a small business out of it and had no trouble transferring data and carrying on as though there was no delay!
