yes ,come with the actual clip. Does have a magnet on the back end. I attatched mine to my keys I love it. Very bright

Q: What is the adsorption force of the magnet at the end of the mini keyring torch, will it fall easily ?

The adsorption force is very strong,it can easily adsorbed on iron places ,it doesn't drop at all.I'm a maintenance worker, and the magnet at the end is especially useful when I need to use my both hands to work

Q: is there a lockout feature ?Will it be easy to turn on in my bag?

Needs a double press to turn fully. Has good to turbo which is a great self defence feature.

Yes, it can be disassembled or clipped onto hats, straps, or clothing pockets. The boruit v7 torch is very compact, and I prefer to hang it on my key or bag
