Too small for packing a lunch, but great for snacks!
I bought these by mistake for packing my husbands lunch. They are way too small for that, but are great for packing some light snacks. I'm hypoglycemic and they are the perfect size to use for packing a small orange or some hard candies to keep in my purse if my blood sugar gets too low when we go out. I also ended up using them for goodie bags on Halloween - they are the perfect size for 4-5 small candy bars. We always buy too much candy for Halloween, but this time I gave out multiple treats to each person. That way we use up most of the candy and don't get stuck with a lot of wasted calories hanging around the house. They also make great cat toys if you put some catnip in and then twist the top closed. Cats love batting around and destroying paper bags! Linneaann

Tiny bags great for garden seeds.
These will work great for storing my garden seeds BUT I thought they were lunch size bags. They are tiny!!

Tiny, avoid, not 16” as described in any dimension, not even close. NOT your standard lunch bag size. Scam, avoid.

These are very, very small bags—suitable for snacks
OMG! I was really surprised to open the Amazon box to find 500 teeny tiny brown paper bags! Well, I cannot blame anyone, as it clearly stated in the product description that these were 2 pound “snack” bags! I will still try to find a practical use for these bags. Obviously I need to read the descriptions and reviews more carefully before I order!

Good quality for price
These paper bags are of good quality. I like that they have some type of a coating on the inside of the bag to help control odors and also to make the bag stronger. I use these bags to dispose of doggie "dodo" before putting into garbage can to help keep odors under control in the can. I am particular in that I don't like to smell odors when opening my garbage can to put something else in. I would also recommend these bags to dispose of other sanitary items for odor control in the garbage can.

They are definitely not the paper brown bags I'm accustomed too. They are very thin and smaller than I expected.
