This supplement has worked very well for me. I find that it’s gentle on my stomach, gives me a boost of energy, encourages the libido, and helps calm me down in a non sleepy kind of way. When researching supplements I was trying to find one that had ingredients that were very similar to a popular and expensive brand, let’s say I was thru the MOON when I found that this had the big three ingredients that I was looking for. I have anxiety, I’m perimenopausal, and I’m bogged down with stress, and this supplement helps me tolerate the day to day. I’m almost through my first bottle and just bought a second!

I have been taking these for several days and I definitely feel a difference. I feel like I am not as stressed and not as moody. I have noticed i haven't had as many hot flashes. I hope as i continue taking these, the hot flashes will be gone. My sleep has even been better and I feel better overall. Definately recommend and will continue taking these and can't wait for more results.

This product keeps you balanced. I liked the sleep benefit I have trouble sleeping. My energy level stayed the same honestly. Still need to take for a bit longer to see complete benefits.

Has a Foul smell but what supplements don’t? Going thru perimenopause and need something to balance out the hormones! So far these are not working but willing to give it some time as nothing happens overnight!

I have the opposite effect of ashwaganda…I get extremely irritable instead of calm. I take straight Berberine 1200mg instead and that helps curve appetite and helps with some PCOS symptoms.

Since I have been taking this, I have noticed quite an improvement in the way I feel. I don't seem to experience as many hot flashes as before. My sleep has seemed to improve where I am not feeling tired when I wake up in the mornings and I just feel relaxed. I really like this product.
