We installed the system at our business location as I was sick and tired of issuing and keeping track of keys! The system installed pretty easily and we had it operating in a few hours. The longest time was running wires but even that was not difficult. There are several big positives and a few minor negatives - the positives are it works well, there are a ton of fobs and cards and they were easy to program for each of my staff. Having 50 fobs and 50 cards is a big advantage of this system - its a very generous package. Also the door openers are nicely manufactured and very solid. Tech support was excellent and very fast and answered our questions almost instantly. This was great. Regarding the minor negatives - I would really like a fully configured wiring diagram with written instructions as you would a normal manual. In this case, the seller has made a stack of videos that while helpful, actually take more time to review multiple videos and I think it would enhance the system if they just made a real instruction manual! I almost made one myself!! Another minor issue is it wd be nice if the on board connectors allowed wires to be inserted vertically instead of horizontally as its hard to get them in when the box is mounted on the wall. It's not a big issue . Apart from that, this seems a really good value system. I will monitor it over the next year or so to see how it holds up since we are now totally committed to this system.

I have been working in the access control industry installing as a technician for over 10 years. I purchased this system solely because it was easily accessible and cost effective through Amazon. I was a little skeptical but in all honesty, this system operates and performs just as well as large scale commercial access control systems. I specifically wanted the keypads with the system to incorporate multi card function to create a dual authentication for access. Inside this package I ordered was everything I needed. I was incredibly relieved to find the most helpful user guides I've ever encountered accessible through the links in the manuals. Everything was straightforward and was so masterfully detailed in all of the instructions. I have deep respect for the guy who put this together because he knows what he was doing and took pride in setting this system up. All questions I had were answered within the manual with no hiccups. I am very satisfied with this, it's amazing that so much is included for the price in terms of equipment. I will be purchasing again for future installs.

The hardware of the kit is great! The only thing not included was wire and that was only a few bucks for 18/5 HVAC wire at Lowes. The software can do basically anything you want, though the UI and language can be a little confusing at first. I rent out space to others and set up 2 cards readers to track people entering and exiting. The software appears to let you query the hours calculated from the swipes though I have not used that part just yet. The magnet is strong enough but as with any magnetic access system the door can be flexed open a little at the bottom since it's only supported by the magnet at the top. I think eventually I will switch to the latch strike but the magnet will do for now. Installation was a little tricky. It's mostly just a lot of drilling. Since I was installing in brick/cinder block I needed a place to splice the wires so everything is on junction boxes. The keypads can mount on the holes for a lightswitch (USA) if you turn the plate sideways. The holes for the exit button did not line up with anything but it was trivial to make a new hole. I did not use the motion detector. I'd have to figure out a cleaner way to do this if looks mattered but it looks good enough for our purposes. Overall very pleased, it's perfect for our business.

I would like to endorse this product, company and its customer service. I installed the product a few months ago on an outdoor access gate for our condominium community in Boquete, Panama. It was easy to install and has worked flawlessly. Thanks to the immediate response from customer service today I was able to access the controller through a wireless modem and add some RFID keys to the system. The customer service was both quick and accurate. I am very impressed overall with the product, personnel the your company. This was a pretty simple installation and I would point out that the product is very sophisticated and could be used as access control for large companies with hundreds of employees controlling up to 4 doors per control unit with access control tailored to each door and detailed info on the owner of each RDIF key. In this application I used a simple weatherproof rocker switch to exit the community property and an RFID sensor/keypad for entrance through a small personnel gate. I did take the precaution of using some silicone sealant on all potential ingress points on the electromagnetic latch to prevent water from entering at the top of the electromagnet. The system was relatively easy to install and program and has performed flawlessly. It is infinitely easier to access the property now. The old system was a simple mechanical dead bolt which required a key to both enter and exit.

I purchased this system for my salon. Initially, I was a bit skeptical and overwhelmed by all the available options, but I eventually narrowed it down to this one. It works well, though a few additional items were needed to complete the installation. I needed to purchase wires and a backup battery for power outages. I had a question about which battery to purchase, and Wood Chen responded quickly and was very helpful. While the software isn't very clear or intuitive, it's manageable with a bit of time. My only regret is not opting for the stronger magnet.

I have had this unit now for over a year and although the software takes some getting used to, the support I have been given has been very helpful and prompt and all of my issues have been resolved. I even had a couple replacement parts mailed to me at no extra expense which was nice. I would recommend this system based on the response and the customer support alone.
