The moment I opened the package, I knew I purchased a very high quality item, then I picked it up and quickly seen and felt how heavy it was - and has such great detail! Very high quality, durable.

So elegant and solid!! Holds papertowels in place as you pull! Recently, I pulled a paper towel from a flimsy but attractive holder, knocked a glass bottle from my counter and spent a couple hours sweeping and vacuuming up shards of glass all over my Italian tile kitchen floor!! The marble is a nice, sparkling clean esthetic for any kitchen... Love it💘

Just received this to go with my new kitchen quartzite counter tops. Easy to put together and seems stable. Only drawback is there are hardly any darker grains and entirely white. It`s looking like cheaper, white sandstone.

I am giving 5 stars based on the awesome customer service that I received from Koville. I purchased the Namibia Africa Paper Towel Holder back in April. I started to use it the end of June. By mid August, I noticed that the part that holds the paper towels was getting wobbly. I took the paper towels off the holder and saw it was cracked at the bottom. I was very surprised because the product seemed very sturdy and it was never dropped or moved once placed on the counter. I contacted Koville and they immediately responded and offered to send me a new paper towel holder. They were out of stock of the original one that I purchased, so I chose the Grigio Fantasy version as a replacement and I absolutely love it! I don’t expect to have any problems with it and am so happy that Koville stands behind their products and is committed to customer satisfaction.
