Works good for the body, take the right servings and you won’t be going to the bathroom every 30 mins. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. It is pretty tasteless and mixes very well with my protein shake.

Great product It's tasteless and it doesn't have that super bitter taste like other creatine brands. 1 dose is 3/4th of a tablespoon, and you could just pour it directly into your mouth and take a sip of water, and it will instantly dissolve. I would order again 10 out of 10

I use a little at a time. I take it as a supplement, but to be honest, i dont “notice” huge changes. But, i like the purity of the powder. And it dissolves well. Ive been buying supplements for health, so im never sure which does what to me (quality of the benefits) but if you are low dosing for health, great quantity and price.
