I absolutely love this product. It tastes great and consists of high quality ingredients. It's a great way to get your magnesium before bed. I keep it on my bedside table.

I'm a 45 yo woman and my hormones are wacky. I've been using this supplement religiously every night before bed for several months. I'm sleeping better, digestion is regular and I'm feeling less on edge. Tastes good enough, nothing extraordinary but it doesn't taste terrible. I give it to my teens occasionally as well. They have no complaints about taste and they take it happily. I highly recommend trying it. It's not often the label promises deliver. For this product I feel like it does. Very glad I found it. Price is fantastic too!

Switched from torching myself by taking Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder and Water to this. So glad I made the switch, not only does this taste better, works better too maybe because of the Passion Flower and Chamomile but 0.5ml 30 Minutes before bed improved sleep but then 1ml in the morning gives me more Energy so dosage does matter. Only Negative is the Dropper, the measurements labeled on the dropper does fades away after a few usages but not that big of a deal

Absolutely love this stuff. I give it to all three of my kids and myself before bed! Great for their bowel health and many other things. Tastes like a seeet candy, so they take it easy. It’s worth the price. It helps mask the taste of some of the other tinctures they take at the same time!

Well it says it is safe for children but on the box it says not safe for child. Just started it tho so we will see how it does
