Spalding Plastic Whistles with Lanyards

I had purchased these in the fall and lost them. I decided to come back and purchase them again. I love the lanyard and durability of the whistle. I appreciate how fashionable it is and matches my outfits easily.

Absolutely for the price it's well worth it. It's a little small in size at about 1 1/2 inches. (SEE PICS) However. the high pitch sound is loud comparable to the squeal of any smoke alarm. That's pretty loud. I agree with one of the reviewers saying that you can't give it a light blow if you want a softer sound. It won't work. You either blow hard for a high shrill pitch or that's it. Definitely a downside for some but still considering the price not a biggie. The lanyard included is cheaply made. It looks like a shoestring but its easily attached and it's approximately 17 inches in length. (SEE PIC) I really can't say much about the durability of the whistle because I just got it but it seems to be made of durable hard plastic. It's a name brand product, so it should at least meet or exceed most of it's competitors out there in the marketplace. It's made in Taiwan (SEE PIC) Personally I say go for it. After all, for only around 2.00, what do you got to lose?

It works just not that good.

I only bought this due to spam calls. Every time I get one, I blow the whistle into the speaker. Calls are down, so I guess it works!!

As a teacher it's important to have a good whistle and this one works great and was super cheap. No complaints.

Works really good

This is a tiny little thing, but boy does it pack a powerful punch. When I blew this whistle it woke up my entire household and I live in an 100 ft double wide mobile home. This whistle does NOT disappoint.

I liked the price! It works, but I am thinking I might need something louder. You can't beat the price though and if you have strong lungs you can make it work. 😉
