Easy to install, holds securely, and doesn’t shake at high speeds. It’s compatible with both GoPro and Insta360, and I love the adjustable length. The build quality is solid as well. Do not buy this.Do not even think of buying this.Don't even toy with the idea.First problem: The bracket is too big to fit on the handlebars. Even the included rubber strips don't help. I had to wrap my handlebars with duct tape to pad them out enough for the bracket to grip. No bueno.Second problem: The other end of the bracket is also too big to grasp the end of the Selfie Stick; even when tightened all the way down. I tried wrapping the smaller rubber strip around the end of the Selfie Stick. Then it was too big to fit in the bracket.And as I was trying to get the Selfie Stick to fit, the bracket broke. The cheap pot metal just snapped in two pieces.Were these parts all designed to work together? I doubt it. It seems more like a collection of random parts that were thrown together to make a "kit."I'm sending it back.

Selfie stick does not stay locked when extended. The vibration of the ride makes it go down, despite efforts to ensure it was strongly secured.

So this was able to extend a good bit on my go pro, solid make up, and very sturdy, kind of bulky though.

Picked this up to get some third-person action shots while riding my e-bike! The mount feels solid, and the adjustable pole length gives a lot of creative freedom. Installation was pretty straightforward, though I had to tweak the angle a bit to get the right framing. Overall, it's an awesome accessory if you’re into moto vlogging or just want cool footage of your rides.

Does not grab or clamp well, or easy. Rubber inserts are not wide enough and you get metal on metal contact. The selfie stick is flimsy. 2 stars because it is not as good as described, but with additional gadgets from other action camera set ups I have been able to use it.
