The use of this mop and idea of it was brilliant!!! It has the option of 2 color and it's very sleek and compact. It came with extra pads which also was a major plus. I recommend it to everyone.

I thought this would be a great housecleaning tool, I have all wood floors, a newly walking infant and a cat rescue, I can't keep the floors clean to save my life, I've tried everything and this seemed like a solution. Its not. It's a fantastic concept, but not enough water gets to the mop head to clean it or even to clean the floors. I had to literally wet the mop in the sink and use it to clean because not enough water could be pulled from the bucket to saturate the mop head to properly clean anything. I really wish it had worked but it just didn't and it's a waste of my money.Edit: so I will say that after a week and a half of having it it is ok for spot cleaning in the kitchen on linoleum, still not great on my hard wood floors and still not my favorite, probably won't use it anymore and might donate it.BUT! Amazing customer service. They reached out after I left my review and helped me understand the aspects of the mop they thought I might not know (the reduced water usage and the spin to get the water to come up, I knew it it's just mine isn't so great and doesn't pull water up almost at all, so I'm pretty sure mine is just defective). They were really create and communicative and I appreciate it. I would buy from their company again, although not the product.

This is a great products and works well. For heavy stains, you may need to scrub on your hands and knees but this is an excellent mop.

The pads are nice and soft.Installation/setup: Put handle together. Place one mop head on the handle, fill bucket with clean water through the inlet spouts. Flip orange lever to allow the mechanism to spin and wet the mop head, mop.Final thoughts: For light dirt/dust, the mop head is plenty wet. For my kitchen, I needed it a bit wetter as I had a very dirty floor. I wet the mop in the sink, spun off the extra, and continued. I didn’t realize until after I was done that there are two types of mop heads included and I would have had even better luck if I had used the one with the nylon wires instead of the microfiber one. Still, it worked very well and I am very happy with my purchase. The mop head picked up a lot of dirt and the water in the lower bucket was very dirty when I dumped it. I like that the mop heads attach with something like a velcro and I think I can just put the dirty head in my washing machine. I think the dry mop will work well for hair and dust even without water. My floor dried quickly. I absolutely despise regular mops with the rinsing and the slopping of dirty water everywhere. This set is not content just being uniquely square and having multiple spare mop heads. It goes the extra mile to look good in all its moppyness.This bucket also keeps the clean water separate from the dirty water - a plus.The instructions aren't super clear about how to get this to spin (there is no pedal sticking out so I was confused about it) but if you watch the video it is very easy to see (you unlock the lock at the bottom of the handle) how to do it. And then you will be spinning away.Square mop head means you cover more surface area. This will also get under fairly low furniture areas.And I love that this comes with a bunch of extra pads (plus, they sell replacements so you won't be left wondering how to get more) although it is a bit tricky to tell the difference between the two pad types. Having two different colors would have been helpful for that.Overall, this is a great mop set and can almost be left out it looks so nice. :)
